What we collect when you contact us

If you submit the contact form, book a call, or complete an assessment, we store what you provide — your name, email, and optionally company, phone, and the details of your inquiry. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if the engagement goes ahead. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list or automated sequence.

How we know where you came from

When you arrive, we record any campaign parameters in the link, the referring website, and the page you landed on. This is kept in your browser's session storage — not a cookie — and is discarded when you close the tab unless you choose to submit a form, in which case it is saved alongside your inquiry so we know which channel it came from.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page view counts. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or track you across other sites.

Share links and accounts

Proposal and assessment share links use secret tokens and are not indexed by search engines. For proposals sent by email invitation, we record when the link was opened and for how long, so we know whether a proposal has been reviewed. Optional accounts are available for clients who want a consolidated history.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run this site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), Clerk (accounts and authentication), and Anthropic (drafting assistance for proposals). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email hello@wolftechadvisory.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We keep inquiry records while there is a plausible ongoing conversation and remove them on request.
